IT Infrastructure Analyst - IT Team

Permanent, Full-time.

Grade G £26,691- £30,764 - £33,128 (With Market Supplement)

37 Hours per week (this role does include flexi-time)

Based at Gadbrook Point primarily, but there will be requirement to travel to other locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking a challenging working environment that also offers variety and a chance to contribute to the success and development of a key service within the housing trust.

This person will act as a technical expert at the forefront of Infrastructure and System support for the Trust, leading on, participating in, or overseeing a wide range of analytical and technically demanding projects.  You will take ownership and responsibility for providing the timely problem diagnosis, solutions documentation, implementation, administration, high level support, and ongoing maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, network, and communication systems.

The role is broadly split between providing day to day support for internal customers of the IT service, and project based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services.  This person will be expected to work on a wide range of systems, be able to adapt quickly, and willing to both take on challenges, and make challenges to conventional ways of working whilst keeping Value for Money and Making the most of existing technology at the forefront of your thinking.
