Job type:              Permanent; Full time; Monday to Friday. Competitive salary.

We are looking for a highly efficient and focused office administrator to join our forward thinking Business support team.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to help implement a number of projects within the Business Support Team.  You will analyse data, maintain company asset information, and manage relationships with suppliers and other groups across the Company.

Your role will include:

  • Ensuring that department Service Level Agreements are met both through individual and collaborative efforts.
  • Ensuring that personally agreed objectives are met within specified deadlines. Undertake general project support duties in a timely manner.
  • Completing all necessary processes relating to the analysis of asset data, chasing contractors reviewing and making recommendations on tenders.
  • Attending meetings/communicate as required with Business Support team and the Business Support team Customers.
  • Completing all further reasonable external or internal requests that come into the department.

You will be:

  • Highly organised, forward thinking, taking a lateral approach to problem solving.
  • Used to maintaining high standards of professionalism being polite and courteous to both internal and external parties at all times.
  • Punctual and prepared for all activities and meetings, striving for 100% attendance.
  • Shown to have a proven work ethic; striving to constantly improve personal performance while working towards team objectives.
  • Demonstrate a consistent high level of customer service both internal and external.
  • Experienced in Health and Safety which would be advantageous but is not essential
