Engagement Team Leader

Grade H  - £31,669 per annum

37 Hours per week Monday to Friday (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engagement Team Leader at the Trust.  This role will be responsible for the delivery of the Trust’s Resident Involvement and Community Engagement Services.  Reporting to the Neighbourhood Manager the post will have Corporate responsibility for ensuring customers are able to give their views on services and influence decision making and also to work to increase community and individual self reliance in Trust neighbourhoods.

The successful person will be someone who is able to lead a team providing support and guidance as well as clear direction and performance management in order to ensure we meet the Trust’s Corporate Plan and relevant Strategies.  They will also show a strong understanding of Resident Involvement/Community Engagement and their importance to the Trust as a business and be able to demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced customer service environment.  They will have excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills and show a real commitment to continuous improvement.
