An exciting and varied role for an efficient administrator for our friendly Contractors team based in Northwich. As part of a nationwide Property Company, the role of Contractors Analyst is customer focused and allows you to develop business relations with a variety of people across the business, as well as ensuring that all our suppliers and contractors across the UK are kept informed.

Your role will include:

  • Responding to and processing queries promptly and accurately, whilst ensuring that compliance requirements are met.
  • Handling queries over site access arrangements, contract renewals, and invoicing.
  • Setting up and maintaining internal contractor management systems and processes.
  • Ensure that all advice maximises customer satisfaction and meets our standards both externally and internally.

You will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner, with experience of dealing with varied groups of people.
  • Ability to resolve queries effectively, whilst ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Organisational experience in an office environment, customer services and property related function is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel

Permanent; Full time; Monday to Friday. Competitive salary.
